Founded in 2004 in xiangyang high-tech district with registered capital of twenty million rmb , Guihai electronics Co.,ltd is a high-tech industry specializing in developing , designing, producing , marketing and servicing power semiconductor devices . There are more than 200 excellent staff , 18 senior engineers and 26 senior technicians included , working in 1000 square meters' ultra-clean workshops of the modernized plant area of 40,000 square meters .
